Should/ought to + have + V3 dùng để chỉ trích hoặc bày tỏ sự hối tiếc về điều đã xảy ra (hoặc không xảy ra) trong quá khứ. Shouldn't have + V3 chỉ trích việc đã làm.
Used to criticise or express regret about something that happened (or did not happen) in the past.
