1Khái niệm
Sau giới từ (in, on, at, of, about, for, without, before, after, by…), động từ luôn ở dạng V-ing. Nhiều động từ và tính từ đi kèm một giới từ cố định rồi mới đến V-ing.
2Khi nào dùng
Giới từ + V-ing.
She left without saying goodbye.
Tính từ + giới từ + V-ing.
I'm interested in learning Korean.
Động từ + giới từ + V-ing.
He insisted on paying.

to ở đây là giới từ nên theo sau là V-ing.

Sau giới từ in: V-ing.

Sau for: V-ing.

I look forward to seeing you.
to trong look forward to là giới từ.
He left without say goodbye.
He left without saying goodbye.
Sau without: V-ing.
Sau giới từ luôn là V-ing, kể cả to trong look forward to, be used to, object to.
Task 2: "Instead of building more roads, governments should…", "By investing in education, …". Lỗi "look forward to see" rất hay gặp trong email.
