Bị động khách quan dùng để nói về điều mọi người nghĩ, nói hoặc tin mà không nêu tên ai, phổ biến trong tin tức và văn trang trọng: It is said that ... hoặc S + is said to + V. Dùng to have + V3 cho sự việc xảy ra trước.
The impersonal passive reports what people in general think, say or believe without naming them. It is common in news and formal writing with verbs such as say, think, believe, claim, report, expect and know.
