Subject question: who/what + verb; object question: who/what + do/does/did + subject + base verb2Giải thích
Khi who/what là chủ ngữ của động từ, câu hỏi không dùng trợ động từ do/did (Who saw you?). Khi who/what là tân ngữ thì cần trợ động từ và đảo ngữ (Who did you see?).
When who or what is the subject of the verb, the question has no auxiliary do. When who or what is the object, the question needs an auxiliary and normal question word order.

- Asking who or what did something (subject question)
- Asking who or what was affected (object question)
4Quy tắc cần nhớ
- Subject question: Who saw you? (Someone saw you.)
- Object question: Who did you see? (You saw someone.)
- Do not add did in a subject question
